The page layout and content of these documents are fully parameterable, thus providing estate agents with the option of personalising their mailshots.

All correspondence sent is automatically recorded in the history of the property and the enquirer. As ESIMMO++ is a parameterable programme, each estate agent can easily add new letters to the list of automatic correspondence or amend existing ones.

Sales presentations - Automatic events

A context sensitive menu can be used to schedule sales presentations to potential buyers or tenants for each property: viewings, sales presentation in the office, by telephone, reminders, etc…

These sales presentations are automatically recorded in the diary. They are also entered in the history of the properties and the enquirers.

As ESIMMO++ is a parameterable program, each estate agent can easily add new sales presentations to this list or amend existing ones. For instance, follow-up can be scheduled automatically.

These sales letters, property presentations and the resulting follow-up form the basis of your commercial follow-up. Matches appear automatically every time a property or enquirer record is created or amended, allowing the user to decide which letter or sales presentation they wish to use for one or more properties which have not yet been presented to their potential clients.
