INSTALLATION
Operating system:
ESIMMO++ operates on all Windows platforms: Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows
NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
To ensure stability, especially where the program is installed as a network
for several users within the same estate agency, EVOSYS strongly recommends
Windows 2000.
Hardware:
ESIMMO++ operates on all PCs fitted with Pentium II, 35O MHz microprocessors
and above.
The minimum RAM memory will depend on the operating system. A minimum
of 128 Mb RAM is recommended for Windows 2000.
The hard disk of the server should have enough memory to store all the
data, including photos of the properties. A minimum of 5 Gb is recommended.
Network:
A 10/100 Mbit network is essential.
Internet connection:
An ADSL connection is recommended to ensure rapid transfers to other media
or to your agency's own Internet site, but this is not essential.
Best buy:
In view of the profile and performance of the new PCs currently available
on the market, a new installation should have the following specifications:
» Pentium 4 server installed in Windows 2000 Server, 2.2
GHz microprocessor, 512 Mb of RAM memory, 40 Gb hard disk.
» Pentium 4 workstations installed in Windows 2000 Workstation,
2.2 GHz microprocessor, 256 Mb of RAM memory, 20 Gb hard disk.
» 10/100 Mbit network.
» ADSL connection.

Warning: if you have any doubt on the suitability of the downloads available
below or on which version of ESIMMO you have, please call our telephone
helpdesk on + 32 (0)2/734.62.77 or + 32 (0)2/734.87.68. Before downloading,
you must ensure that you have backed up your data. EVOSYS declines all
responsibility in the event of non-compliance with these instructions.
- UPGRADE: All users with a maintenance contract, who have ESIMMO++
version 5.50.32 (June 2001): you will have received an email with a
login and password, allowing you to download and install this latest
version. If you have not received this information, please email us
immediately at ev@evosys.be.
- TRANSFERS TO OTHER MEDIA: All users of the latest version of
ESIMMO++ (5.50.6), can download the contents of the last email here.
This will allow you to adapt the application for automatic data transfers
to IMMOSCAN, HEBBES and EASY-IMMO.
- PDF-MAIL: All users who wish to send their descriptions and
summary lists as email attachments retaining the same page layout as
the printed documents: download a free trial version of PDF Mail here.
UPGRADES
Each time a new version of ESIMMO++ is released, all agencies with a
maintenance contract will receive an email containing an identifier and
a password, which they can then use to download the latest version of
ESIMMO++.
The latest version in use at the moment is ESIMMO++ version 5.50.6.
Any estate agencies which do not have a maintenance contract can still
obtain the latest updates. They can send their order by email to ev@evosys.be
or by fax to + 32 (0)2/734.00.97.
