The first thing an estate agent needs to manage is their property portfolio. This aspect is therefore covered by the first module of ESIMMO++, called the Supply module.

This takes the form of a list of properties, including a summary of the key information for each property. This list can be sorted by address, town, price, type of property, etc and includes a search field which can be used to instantly locate any property in your portfolio.

Double clicking on any of these properties instantly displays the corresponding detailed record, containing all the features of the property in question:

This record is both quick and easy to complete: you simply need to check the appropriate features on the tables which are linked to most of the fields. Some text fields are available for advertising. Photos (up to 16 for each property) are automatically compressed and imported, either from your digital camera or via Windows explorer.

No field is compulsory, each estate agent enters the information they feel to be important. Whilst offering a wide range of possibilities, the records are easy to use and operator-friendly.

It is just as easy to incorporate any changes made to the properties at a later date. There is also an option which allows you to archive a property once it has been sold or let, retaining all the information for this property, including its history.
