A property portfolio is no good without a file of potential clients, ie. possible buyers or tenants. This area is covered by the second module of ESIMMO++, called the demand module.

It takes the form of a list, showing the name of the enquirer, the type of property they wish to purchase and a brief summary of their search criteria.

Double clicking on any of these enquirers instantly displays their detailed record, listing all their search criteria:

These search criteria are generally expressed in relation to the same specific features: the price, the type(s) of property(ies), the geographical location, the number of bedrooms, whether the property has a garden or a garage. The arrangement of the tables allows enquiries to be entered very quickly, thus enabling broad or very specific searches to be carried out in seconds.
