ESIMMO++ manages all your advertising, both classic classified adverts in traditional media as well as adverts on specialised Internet sites.

ESIMMO++ can display any selection of properties from your portfolio on your own Internet site and can then update them automatically by means of the optional ESIWEB module described in the special Product section of this site.

ESIMMO++ handles classified adverts on traditional media (newspapers, weekly free press, etc…) as follows:

•  The estate agent works with an easy to use module to prepare adverts for each property.
  
  
•  These adverts are then stored together and can be accessed according to the media.
  
  
•  The agent selects the adverts they wish to appear in each edition.
  
  
•  ESIMMO++ automatically sends these to the media in question, usually by fax, all issues are automatically stored in the history for each property and each media.

ESIMMO++ handles adverts sent to Internet sites specialising in classified property adverts completely automatically:

•  The estate agent is free to select all the properties they wish to appear on each of these sites.
  
•  Then, they simply press the Transfer / Send button to automatically export via the Internet all the sales information and photos to be used to prepare these adverts on each of these sites.
  
•  This connection is completely secure.
  
•  Any subsequent changes made to the properties once the details have been sent are stored by the program and automatically updated at the next transfer.
