ESIMMO++ automates all the administrative tasks usually required to efficiently
handle any transaction.
Some examples of these tasks are:
- An activity report for the owner;
- Sending sales agreements to the various parties concerned;
- Requesting information from the managing agent / local authorities;
- Sending the mission to the solicitor;
- Ordering the erection of for sale/lease signs;
- Checking the current status of properties managed in partnership
with other agencies
- Etc...
All operations carried out via the program are stored in the history
of the properties, enquirers or contact persons in question. This makes
it easy to keep the files for all properties in the portfolio up to date,
with the details displayed in a visual format.
There is an archive module for all properties which are no longer
active (sold, let, or at the end of their mission). The history of all
archived properties can easily be accessed and these properties can easily
be reactivated, a particularly useful feature for all short term lets.
