ESIWEB is a fully parameterable module contained within the ESIMMO++ program, which can be used to establish a link between the property database in the software and any estate agency's or group of agencies' websites.

In practice, the estate agent needs to enter their properties once only and then update them in their program. All their properties will then appear on their website, on the "search results" and "property details" pages.

These pages are dynamic. They generally take the following form:

  1. The search page, which allows visitors to the site to make their own selection by entering search criteria;

  2. The search results page, which allows visitors to view summaries of properties matching their criteria.

  3. The property details page, which allows visitors to access full details of the property they are interested in.
The layout, interactivity and content of these dynamic pages are fully parameterable and can be adapted to suit the client's wishes. These services are carried out by EVOSYS, together with the estate agency's web designer.

This format allows the estate agent to produce a completely personalised site, adding functions, or their own original layout, to make their agency stand out from its competitors. This customisation feature is unique to ESIMMO. It allows its users to construct their site according to their requirements, rather than being forced to follow the same pattern, as is generally the case with software which includes a function for building an integrated site, with few parameterisation options.

This format has the added advantage of being upgradable: there is no need to redesign the site every time a change is made. It therefore works out cheaper than most competitive offers.

An increasing number of estate agencies are now realising the benefits of having their own website, both as a means of presenting their business and as an on-line catalogue, bringing considerable time savings.
