Matches appear automatically each time a property or enquirer record is created or amended, allowing the user to decide which letter or sales presentation they wish to use for one or more properties which have not yet been presented to their potential clients.

For each building, the user can decide who (owners, co-agents, etc) should be advised of any sales presentations and viewings of the property and how this notification should be sent.

Notifications will automatically be sent in the recipient(s) language.
