The first thing a property consultant needs to manage is their property portfolio.

This aspect is therefore covered by the first module of ESIMMO++, called the supply module.
This takes the form of a list of properties, including a summary of the key information for each property. This list can be sorted by address, town, type of property, owner, Internet reference, etc and includes a search field which can be used to instantly locate any property from your portfolio .

Double clicking on any of these properties instantly displays the corresponding detailed record, showing its sales description, technical features, occupation status, etc.

This record is both quick and easy to complete: you simply need to check the appropriate features on the tables which are linked to most of the fields. Some text fields are available for advertising. Photos and plans (up to 16 items for each building) are automatically compressed and imported, either from your digital camera or scanner, or via Windows explorer.

No field is compulsory, each estate agent enters the information they feel to be important. Whilst offering a wide range of possibilities, the records are easy to use and operator friendly.
All external objects (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Corel Draw documents, emails, Pdf files, Power Point presentations, etc…) relating to the building can be attached to the file, where they can be opened simply by clicking.

It is just as easy to incorporate any changes made to the properties at a later date. There is also an option for archiving a property when the file is closed, retaining all the information for this property, including its history.
