The enquiry file, which is continuously and easily updated, serves as a mailing list for the estate agent, allowing them to send these clients details of any new properties which are likely to be of interest to them. ESIMMO++ automatically matches properties with the search criteria specified by active clients. This feature is commonly referred to as Matching.

Matching works in both directions:

A list of clients with matching search criteria can be generated automatically every time a new property is entered;

You can automatically view the properties which match each potential client's search criteria.

The estate agent can then use ESIMMO++ to automate their sales management, ie. present properties in their portfolio to clients by telephone, send them documentation (post, fax or email), and schedule visits in the integrated diary.
