ESIMMO++ automates all the administrative tasks usually required to efficiently handle any transaction.

Some examples of these tasks are:

Sales reports to the owners. Internal reports to support agency meetings. Notification of viewings and sales presentations. Extractions for statistical purposes. The consultants' diaries. Managing break-points on tenants' leases. Checking the current status of jointly managed properties, etc...

All operations carried out via the program are stored in the history of the properties, enquirers or contact persons in question. This makes it easy to keep the files on all properties in the portfolio up to date, with the information displayed in a visual format.

There is an archive module for all completed transactions. The history of all archived properties is still accessible and these properties can easily be reactivated, a particularly useful feature for all short term lets.

A sales prospecting module can be used to enter properties on the market which are not on the agency's books, in order to expand statistics and organise sales prospecting activities.
